Ashley Turner
Firefighter by day, beer-dispense guru by night (and also day), Ash is our behind-the-scenes mastermind keeping the brewery in shape and the beer flowing.
Head Brewer
Tom Burwood-Ansell
Former designer and stay-at-home-dad, Tom now pours his energy into beer — brewing it, drinking it ('research') and cleaning up after it, all with obsessive enthusiasm.
Brewery Assistant
Andy Lamb
A retired paint technician, Andy now turns his skills to brewery life — whether it’s hand-painting casks, delivering beer or speeding around in the forklift.
Maintenance Technician
Mark Croft
Mark is our resident fixer, making sure the brewery stays in shape — from mending kit to building cold stores, backed by a life-time of beer trade know-how.

Carol Jones
Our calm in the chaos — Carol keeps the wheels turning, making sure Ash behaves, the team stays on track, and Oakley doesn’t take himself for a walk!

Our incredibly cute, four-legged team member, Oakley takes his biscuit duties very seriously — unless of course he's busy with cuddles or helping to lift team morale.
